Supplier due diligence · India

Know your Indian suppliers better than their own sales team does.

Onboarding a new supplier and want to know how sound the business really is — and be warned of distress long before they tell you? NOVA reads what they've filed with their own government, and shows you where it doesn't add up.

01 / How it works

You send a name. We do the rest.

Nothing to install. No data from your systems. No conversation with your supplier.

01 · THE NAME
NAME ON INVOICECOMPANY MATCHED

The name on the invoice is enough. We find the registered company behind it.

02 · THE PAPER TRAIL

Years of accounts, ownership records, loans, auditor opinions, payroll and shipping data — all of it filed by the company itself.

03 · THE CROSS-CHECK

Hundreds of checks ask whether numbers that must match actually do. Match or mismatch — nothing scored or guessed.

04 · THE ANSWER

A short list of mismatches, each with both figures and the page — then alerts for as long as you buy from them.

Everything we need from you: a name.

02 / A real example

The same company, in the same report, gave two different answers.

How much cash did it have at year end? Page 28 says one thing. Page 34 says another. The two are ₹2.54 crore — about $290,000 — apart.

One company · One report · One number

Both cannot be true. It was one of twenty-five mismatches we found in this supplier in a single run — and we never contacted the company.

An accounting firm had signed off on these accounts. A rating agency had it at investment grade. Three commercial databases called it unremarkable.

Of 100 Indian exporters we sampled at random, {{ runStatCount }} had at least one mismatch.

03 / What we check

Six questions, asked four hundred ways.

Every check compares two things the company said itself. Either the two agree or they don't.

A mismatch is a fact about their paperwork, not an accusation — which is why we hand you the pages instead of a verdict.

04 / Continuous monitoring

A supplier in trouble leaves a paper trail long before it calls you.

Put your suppliers on a watchlist. We keep reading their filings and tell you the day something changes — not at the next annual review.

YOUR HEAD START: 9 MONTHS

Finding a replacement takes 25 days. This gives you nine months.

05 / Where you'd use it

Three decisions, one source of truth.

BEFORE YOU SHORTLIST

Search 2.8 million Indian companies by what they've filed — size, exports, employees, age — and rank the shortlist by how much of their paperwork doesn't add up.

BEFORE YOU AWARD

A full file on one company: who owns it, who it owes, what its auditor said, who it ships to, and every mismatch in its own paperwork — with pages your legal team can check.

EVERY DAY AFTER

Alerts on the suppliers you already use, so a problem reaches you while you still have time to dual-source, hold payment or renegotiate.

06 / What we read

Every Indian company, however small.

The small suppliers are the ones global databases cover worst — no rating, no analyst, often no website. If a company exists in India, it has filed, and we've read it.

07 / Why it matters now

More of your spend is moving to India than your due diligence can keep up with.

India exported $442 billion of goods last year. Meanwhile, regulators on both sides of the Atlantic now expect you to prove what you know about each supplier.

And the rules keep tightening: US forced-labour tariffs now reach India, the EU's forced-labour ban applies from December 2027, and Europe's supply-chain diligence law lands squarely on your direct suppliers. All of them assume you can establish facts about a supplier on your own.
